Well I must say that I have been looking for a really authentic Durban atchar for ages, we have tried many and most have had a really synthetic taste and some are just bland. This one is absolutely spot on, its super yummy and authentic - but I do have to say it is slightly on the hotter side but still really enjoyable and natural, homemade and worth a try!
